Post implementation health-checks

At 3 and 6 months after implementation we conduct ‘health-checks’ to ensure the system is meeting all the training, compliance and business objectives you set out to meet.

These health checks are designed to ensure that:

The system is being used to the full capability that you require of it post-implementation
Administrators are sufficiently trained to use the system via a Q&A session
The system is still in alignment with your business processes and suggest whether any changes to configurations could be made by you
You are aware of any minor changes to the software that may be of benefit to you
You are aware of any new modules or functionality of the system
