Cobent continues expansion
Cobent continues expansion
12/08/2008
Cobent opens new sales and marketing office in London
Cobent, a leading provider of solutions for training and compliance-led process, has continued its expansion plans with the announcement of four new appointments.
The new appointments have been placed to bolster sales through the European regions and provide additional client-facing project and programme management support to global customers.
Len Keenan joins as Business Development Manager for Regulated Industries, with over seven years sales experience to both US and European organisations, while Zaheer Khan joins as Business Development Manager for Training and Accreditation, and will use his extensive experience in financial and business process sales to spearhead the growth of Cobent’s Learning and Accreditation Portals, buidling on recent successes with Barclays, the Cabinet Office and Norwich Union Risk Services.
Lee-Sia Yuen joins Cobent as Marketing Manager, bringing a considerable international track record of customer communications to support the enhanced sales team. To complement this effort, Carl Dickson adds to Cobent’s production team as Project Manager, bringing ITIL and Microsoft MCSE certifications along with PRINCE2 project management skills.
Howard Sears, Cobent’s CEO, commented: “The new members of our team are indicative of the progress Cobent has made in the past twelve months. By increasing our sales and production capacity, we are perfectly positioned to capitalise on the momentum that 2008 has brought us so far. Several large-scale global deployments this year have shown that there is a considerable – and growing – market for our products and services, and this increased team enables us to continue to meet that market in a responsive and efficient manner.”
