Centric Health Resources to utilise Cobent system for staff training and service delivery development

LONDON, UK – Centric Health Resources – a leading US specialty pharmacy provider to individuals with rare, long-term disorders – is deploying the Cobent Learning Compliance Suite (LCS) for staff training to improve the quality of the service it provides. Although not regulated by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), Centric Health Resources will utilise the rigorous compliance capability of LCS to ensure that the organisation meets all FDA standards for services to patients.

Centric Health Resources will use LCS to develop courses unique to the organisation’s services and to manage the type and level of training its staff receives. LCS will also enable Centric Health Resources to audit individual and corporate training so the organisation can demonstrate the high quality levels of its operation and service. Utilised initially by Centric’s 68 internal staff members, there are also plans to make the system available to Centric Health Resources’ patients and partners, such as nurses and suppliers, helping ensure that they can deliver high quality services and treatments for patients.
