13/11/2006
Cobent has formed a new partnership to deliver its high functionality, cost-effective learning solution, Cobent® LCS through South Africa’s Learning Resources (Pty) Ltd
LONDON, UK– Cobent has formed a new partnership to deliver its high functionality, cost-effective learning solution, Cobent® LCS through South Africa’s Learning Resources (Pty) Ltd. Learning Resources will be reselling Cobent® LCS across Africa.
“We are delighted to be working with Learning Resources,” said Howard Sears, Cobent’s CEO . “They have established a highly effective continent-wide distribution network for e-learning and we are looking forward to working alongside them to upskill workers in African businesses.”
Specialising in learning and human capital, Learning Resources is part of The LR Group, a leading 51% black-owned company with a nine-year track record of delivering measured results. Its purpose is to help shape the future of individuals and organisations in Southern Africa and beyond.
“There is a real opportunity to use e-learning as a cost-effective tool for equipping African workers with the skills demanded in today’s global economy,” said Linda Van Der Loo, Managing Executive of learning Solutions at Learning Resources. “Cobent® LCS is an ideal system, giving us a flexible, scalable solution that integrates into our existing business.”
