Which modules should I choose?

Here are some sample module packages based on typical client training requirements and demonstrate the flexibility of the LMS Select product suite. "I want to create training for my employees, track and manage their training."

If you want to create straightforward training such as process training, induction training or 'how-to' guides, disseminate this training to individual employees based on their job role, and then track and manage their progress you will need the following modules:

"I run a training company and I want to offer a blended learning experience to my customers."
 
If you provide classroom training or in-house training and want to manage this process formally then you will need the classroom management module. Depending on how interactive you want your accompanying e-learning content to be, you will either choose between the content authoring module or the advanced content authoring module. If you want to take it a step further and allow your customers to enroll and pay for classes online, you can add the e-commerce module to automate the entire process.You will need the following modules:

Assessments can be used as a tool to measure competency. The Assessments module will allow you to create a library of different assessments with multiple question types, giving you the ability to collect evidence of understanding in an interactive environment. Furthermore, the Assessments module works hand-in-hand with the standard Reporting module to provide rapid, clear and up-to-date performance reports and assessment analytics.

"I have a specific process that employees must follow. I need to ensure that they are aware of and understand the process. Refresher training is required every 6 months."
 
Many organisations have sets of policies and procedures which employees must adhere to, whether these are for quality, compliance or industry best-practices. It can be difficult to maintain consistency and ensure all employees are aware of and understand these policies. The workflow module in LMS Select allows you to set predefined rules against training courses and plans to ensure the right employees are assigned the right training programme at the right time. Rescheduling rules can also be set using this module, so that the employee is notified automatically when re-training on key documents is due. If you want to enhance this module by adding quality management processes, training content review tools and electronic signatures , the compliance module can also be added.
