The noticeboard and news module provides a powerful, easy-to-use, portal to update your employees with news and information using the systems user interface. With this module the administrator can configure announcements and news items, based on user groups. For example if you wanted to alert all sales staff of new product training available, or teams in the US of upcoming policies that will affect their processes.

On-the-Job training (OJT) or Activity based training

This is particularly important if you would like to, or are legally required to provide a full record (and subsequently evidence) of all training that has taken place. The Content Workflow module ensures validation steps are taken throughout the training content development process, ensuring quality and consistency. Rules are preconfigured to your review process and are applied to users based on roles. As an example, if you have a training document, where a subject-matter-expert has added new content; workflow can be applied, to ensure that a qualified member of the HR team has to approve it before it can be published.

E-Signatures
Based on predefined rules that you set, single or multiple e-signatures can be captured at each stage to verify or approve completion or training elements.
Audit Trail
The audit trail provides full traceability over all training records. Any change in the system and to its training elements is recorded and will remain in the system’s archives. Detailed reports can be accessed for internal or external audits.
Advanced Permission Sets
Highly granular permission sets can be activated to allow strict access to administrative controls, functions and reports. E-signatures can be applied to allow or deny access to specific functions, for added security.

Dashboards Module
The Dashboards module makes it easy for decision-makers to quickly identify training-gaps within their group or area of responsibility. Information found in reports such as "Training completed/not complete by user" and "training status by group" is illustrated in real-time on a series of graphs and displayed on the decision-maker's homepage.

Document Management
If you have policies, procedures or compliance documents that you need to ensure have been read and understood Document Manager will be required. Full version control ensures that an accurate audit trail is maintained and when the document is updated, republishing rules can be assigned to send the document out for retraining.

Certificates
Branded certificates can be automatically awarded based on pre-defined rules such as an employee completing an entire curriculum or passing an individual assessment or course. The certificate will be generated electronically and available for print or download. Fields are automatically populated with the individual's name, completed course and completed date.
