Ventura chooses Cobent® LCMS

Cobent has won a major new account for its cost-effective, high functionality e-learning solution, Cobent LCMS. Ventura, one of the UK’s largest contact centre outsourcers, will be using Cobent’s flexible e-learning software to train its staff and keep them updated on clients’ products, services and policies.
 
 
London, UK - Cobent has won a major new account for its cost-effective, high functionality e-learning solution, Cobent LCMS. Ventura, one of the UK’s largest contact centre outsourcers, will be using Cobent’s flexible e-learning software to train its staff and keep them updated on clients’ products, services and policies.

Howard Sears, Cobent’s managing director, said: ‘We are really pleased to be working with Ventura. This is an exciting development in this sector for us and one we’re keen to develop further.
