LMS customers to receive $20,000 in Cobent Migration Assistance Programme (MAP).

London, UK - Cobent Limited, a leader in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for the regulated market, has announced today the launch of its Migration Assistance Programme (MAP) to assist frustrated LMS customers with switching to its well supported, easy-to-use Cobent Learning Compliance Suite (LCS).
 
Under the terms of the programme, existing customers of LMS providers can switch to the Cobent LCS platform and receive a $20,000 (£13,500, €15,500) deduction towards the professional services related to the implementation and historical data migration process.
 
The programme has been designed to provide customers with a structured migration process that causes minimal disruption to the training process and without significant burden to administrators. Cobent LCS’s highly configurable structure ensures that migration of key customisations developed on the existing application can also be incorporated. The system is available as a deployment to a Client’s internal server or remotely hosted by Cobent as required.
 
Cobent boasts a creditable client list of major blue-chip organisations including DSGi, Dentsply, Barclays, Norwich Union, AAH Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly. Cobent has assisted its customers to streamline training processes to improve overall efficiency, compliance and cost-reductions. In one client example, Cobent’s solution helped to save over £500,000 in training and administration costs, by replacing an inefficient telephone assessment process; in another, training time spent on retraining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) was reduced from 4 hours to 45 minutes per employee.
