Following significant growth Avecia needed to upgrade its method for training and administration to ensure compliance with FDA audits. Avecia is using the 21 CFR Part 11 compliant LCS and its content authoring tool to develop and train staff on all procedural and process requirements, especially those related to SOP’s.
Barclays Bank servicepoint is the helpdesk for all customer inquiries for the bank. They have a huge task keeping up with changes to procedure, process and regulations and must constantly be updated with the latest information. LCS is used to push training out on a monthly basis to an average of 250 staff. They are using the Software as a Service model ‘Saas’ where payment is made by the company only on the number of active users accessing courses in any given month.
