Heath Williams
CEO
 Heath Williams is responsible for setting the corporate strategy, direction and operational management of the business. Heath brings more than 20 years experience in the IT industry to Cobent, half of which have been in executive management positions.
Prior to Cobent, Heath had been the International Vice President for US headquartered Plateau Inc. where, amongst other things, he successfully managed the transfer of a significant number of LMS clients from on premise to SaaS based solutions.
Previously, Heath was the UK Sales Director for Systems Union PLC where he was responsible for direct and indirect sales operations. He succeeded at restructuring the sales teams, developing new strategies and significantly growing new business and channel revenues while assisting in the process for the sale to INFOR.
In 1991, Heath founded the company Dit which became the top selling UK VAR of Navision ERP Software (now Microsoft Business Solutions) until the business was sold in 1999 to the Aston IT Group. Promoted to CEO for the Aston Group Switzerland Heath managed to increase profits and developed a highly successful international sales network. Following the success of the international business in Switzerland, Heath was promoted to Global Vice President of International Sales, generating significant global revenues and helping the Aston Group become the number one Global Microsoft Business Solution VAR.
