Chris Wells brings to Cobent more than 15 years experience helping HCM and Learning Technology companies grow and achieve their sales targets. Chris is responsible for all direct and indirect sales activities at Cobent and building on the growing interest for Cobent’s solutions.
Chris joins Cobent from Plateau Systems, a provider of SaaS talent management solutions, where he successfully supported their expansion into different markets across EMEA. Chris has also worked for SumTotal Systems and THINQ where he implemented large-scale sales campaigns.
Chris has successfully worked in partnership with many of the world’s largest businesses to bring success to their Learning and Talent Management initiatives. He has been successful at delivering multi-million pound sales targets and growth, while ensuring that solutions delivered are fully aligned to client objectives.
